put the MIDI DUMP (sysex) file into your sequencer. (cubase,logic etc)
Enable the indigo to recieve. It's in the control menu near the back of the list.
Then set your sequencer at 60bpm (remember the same tempo as a heart beat) and play the midi dump file.
You'll see your virus starting to recieve information. Do not touch it until it tells you so. Et voila!!
Remember to run the speed at 60bpm's though as it's a very intensive file (unlike a standard midi file) and you might get glitches if you run it any faster.
This principle applies to all sysex dumps to hardware!
