You can change the pitch on either of these and have it stay the same tempo, but that's not what he's askin about... the nutone track slows down to around 130 bpm and then speeds back up (hence, you need to change the tempo).

If you're in cubase/logic etc. you can just insert a "tempo track" and then draw a line to speed up speed down as you want.
