Never heard of this software? - I have A4K so I'm interested if you can get a copy............
Sounds nice. -----Original Message----- From: daze [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 17 September 2003 18:14 To: Drum & Bass Arena Discussion List Subject: [dnb-prod] Re: Deoxit also - did anyone with an a4/5k ever get this A5000/A4000 Editor The A5000/A4000 Editor makes editing your samples incredibly easy by letting you visually change the parameters on your computer screen. All changes are sent to the A5000/A4000 via MIDI in realtime, so you'll be able to instantly hear the results of any edits you perform. it was meant to be bundled software but i didnt get it? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Daniel Norman" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Drum & Bass Arena Discussion List" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, September 17, 2003 11:33 AM Subject: [dnb-prod] Deoxit Just ordered some Deoxit Spray Cleaner, cos if it works like the man says, should help fix my dials (might be good on my mixer faders and jack plugs too, given they get a bit scratchy sometimes). Cheers for the link (not sure if i will attempt the internal zip drive bodge tho) Dan -----Original Message----- From: daze [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 17 September 2003 11:10 To: Drum & Bass Arena Discussion List Subject: [dnb-prod] RE: Smack my Pitch up yeah, some of my knobs are a bit dodgy. try this http://todbot.com/a3k/knobs/ ----- Original Message ----- From: "Daniel Norman" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Drum & Bass Arena Discussion List" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, September 16, 2003 9:53 AM Subject: [dnb-prod] RE: Smack my Pitch up I might give that a go again tonight - its actually quite a tech concept to have as an effect in a sampler. Its like having a small version of Acid adjustable via your mod wheel in your sampler. Good for those 'beat collapsing in on itself' moments that stay in time with the tune, unlike the mess that sometimes comes from using an lfo on a sample's pitch. Have your dials started playing up yet? I love the quick easy editing on my A3000 but when the dials go, its a pain in the a*s to sit there trying to stop the dials jumping from page to page (never the one you want either) - is there any way to fix this, other than buying a new sampler??? I remember Milo mentioning his Yamaha Promix did the same too. I used it once for fun ages ago, but forgot about it till you mentioned it (i have an A3k) --- Drum&Bass Arena Producers Discussion List http://www.breakbeat.co.uk You are currently subscribed to dnb-prod as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --- Incoming mail is certified Virus Free.
