Hi,
I'd recommend upgrading to the latest version to see if it fixes your problem. The version of DNews you are using is 16 months old and if this is a software but it is likely it has been fixed.

If that doesn't solve the problem, the dmgrsvc.log file may contain some additional information to assist.
