Thank you for your answer, now I do see the groups in Mozilla, but i
can't subscribe to them, they ar shown in light-grey. I can subscribe to
the public newsgroup.
Hmm, ok now you need to find the setting in mozilla to tell it to
authenticate for the news server, have a look through the account
settings/options/advanced.
If you can't find it let me know exactly what version you are running
and I'll try and find the same version and have a play.
