Thanks ... but this hapens only with conections to dnews and only with outlook ... not with other news servers .
Sorry I'm not clear what you are asking about, the example you gave above related to posts that were 4 years old so had funny dates. Any news client should show the dates like that although some may not download the older items by default I guess.
Or am I misunderstanding the issue ?
