Sorry I wasn't clear, no you don't need cancel_anyone false, you just need
the cancel_users setting.
If there is a *cancel_users* with a *s* I thought I can use more than one
cancel_user ?
You can only have one cancel_users line in dnews.conf, but it can have
multiple values as you have listed above.
