The 10mb limit is the size of the queue file (with each message taking about 100 
bytes) so something like 100000 entries. So when this limit is exceeded it's 
very likely something more serious is wrong.

Anyway yes, you can adjust it in newsfeeds.conf for each feed
        pending_max 20000000
