I have both of those set and I still get the headers in my local
newsgroup.
I'm sorry my memory failed me, apon closer inspection hdr_remove occurs
'when the message
is sent upstream' and post_strip occurs during processing of local posts
only, so neither occur when a message comes in via getmail. If the message
is then sent upstream then hdr_remove will be used.
