I would rate the ambiance of the new devuan forum to the left of the Seattle coffee house. It bears little resemblance to the technical forums to which I have become accustomed. At least there are no beans. Oh wait . . . it has 'badges' instead. Badges? Really?? Good grief! Why can't we have a no-fills forum that isn't so cutsy, socially-tainted and icon-laden? I may be completely misreading things but it seems to cater to a completely different crowd than the one populating this list. I can appreciate all the effort that hellekin has put into the forum project but aren't there saner options with fewer useless frills? Do we really want to launch with this forum representing devuan?
