I too would be able to offer disk space and bandwidth - but that would be just the ~15Mbps of my home connection rather than any "fast" hosted server connection. I suppose the biggest question has to be : I assume people are working towards a situation where the user can "s/debian/devuan" in /etc/apt/sources and then dist-upgrade - I can't help feeling that for many (perhaps the majority) of users, adding some random repository might feel a bit "dangerous".
