Or just edit your sources.list to include ceres temporarily, install
the new kernel, and then remove ceres and go back to your alpha2.
As fat as I know, installing a completely new kernel doesn't remove
the old one, though you may have to edit some boot files so you
have a choice of kernels when you boot.

I just debianized (in jessie) linux-libre-4.3.5 including all the modules for the installer:

http://gnuinos.org/kernel/

The sources are taken from:

http://linux-libre.fsfla.org/pub/linux-libre/releases/LATEST-4.3.N/

Add to your sources.list the following line:

  deb http://gnuinos.org/kernel/ jessie main

Now import the public key:

# curl http://gnuinos.org/kernel/linux-libre_pk.asc | apt-key add -

I still didn't build the packages for armhf. But i will do that shortly in my new Raspberry Pi :)

Cheers,

  Aitor.
