You can create your own /etc/lsb-release file to control the output of the
lsb_release command. Here's an example:

user@ascii:~$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: ascii_oblx
Description:    ascii_oblx Devuan GNU/Linux
Release:        2.0
Codename:       ASCII

user@ascii:~$ cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=ascii_oblx
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="ascii_oblx Devuan GNU/Linux"
DISTRIB_RELEASE=2.0
DISTRIB_CODENAME=ASCII
