Running "update-rc.d rsyslog disable 2" resulted in error messages like the following:
ERROR MESSAGE: insserv: warning: current start runlevel(s) A of script 'rsyslog' overrides LSB defaults B There were four lines with similar text but with A and B as follows: a) A = (3 4 5); B = (2 3 4 5) b) A = (0 1 2 6); B= (0 1 6) c) A = (3 4 5); B = (2 3 4 5) d) A = (0 1 2 6); B = (0 1 6) Is this Ok? Inspecting /etc/rcN.d, I found the rsyslog links are now prepended with a K. Thanks for your helpful replies. _______________________________________________ Dng mailing list Dng@lists.dyne.org https://mailinglists.dyne.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/dng
