Pentium 100Mhz w/ 16MB of RAM was my first DAW and reason I started using computers. I could record 20 tracks of 24bit/44.1Khz audio with Cubase or Cakewalk, but video in a web browser with a Pentium-166. That is a feat. OK. Enough banter I suppose. I like reading. Check out Understanding Media (81-14-67535-7). It's pretty interesting. _______________________________________________ Dng mailing list Dng@lists.dyne.org https://mailinglists.dyne.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/dng
