Unfortunately, neither aptitude nor firefox told me the IP number they were using. What I did do when it happened was to use the browser to go to debian's package pool, download the same verion of the same package, and install it directly using dpkg. I figured uudecode (the command I was looking for) wouldn't need to be changed for devuan.
