To perform analysis for [1], we wrote custom data analysis code, but it is just for data and zones that we collect in the OpenINTEL Project [3]. Maybe https://zonemaster.net/ can help with that? It offers the possibility of looking for consistency (and delegation issues), and they should have an (opensource) CLI version.
