I can confirm this from our point of view as well. Had a encounter with an
unhappy customer a few hours ago who blamed our resolvers..
Quick fix for us was null-routing these 4 for IPv6 adresses:
2603:1061:0:F00::F0/128
2620:1EC:8EC:F00::F0/128
2620:1EC:BDA:F00::F0/128
2A01:111:4000:F00::F0/128
