Thank you to everyone for bringing this to our attention. Our instances of
e-root are supported by both CloudFlare and PCH. While troubleshooting this
issue this morning, PCH sent an email to let us know that they became aware of
the error and have now resolved the issue. The error was causing intermittent
issues of SERVFAIL replies. PCH has made updates to ensure this does not happen
in the future.
In regards to the contact form, we are looking into why an email was not
forwarded to the NASA team.
