nameserver 127.0.0.1 This is so it will use it's own dnsmasq additions. It should then use the upstream DNS which is 192.168.0.1 (my router) right?
Also, DNS works fine with nameserver 192.168.0.1 on the server but then the server doesn't have access to the dnsmasq additions.
