This isn't a job for the nameserver, but more the job of a userscript or
equivalent(keywords: firefox greasemonkey greasefire...)

Another approach would be to use an http proxy to remap the outgoing
request. I'd suggest privoxy or squid. Pretty sure privoxy could do it,
look at the 'redirect' action. I'm guessing the relevent page for Squid
is http://wiki.squid-cache.org/Features/Redirectors
