All I can say is that I support to have such a configuration file
provided in a BIND distribution (I don't know what is the *best* choice,
but the Mark Andrews' one seems to me a good choice).  

Leaking RFC1918 addresses has been a chronic problem on the global
Internet operation, and I welcome a proposal to reduce the chance of
leakage.  I think it's time for the sysadmins to learn a new thing.
