The time for the WGLC has ended, and while there is some contention,
there is also rough consensus to move this document forward. I will
point the IESG to the mail thread about the issue Tony raised in the
shepherd writeup.
IANA and given chain-query the EDNS Option Code of 13.
Paul has updated the draft with this and addressed the issues Mark and
Shumon. I'm finishing the writeup and this will go forward shortly.

microphones for any issues that members wish to raise.
This starts a two week Working Group Last Call process, and ends on
Sunday 15 November 2015.
