Hi all, As you noticed, the latest version of the document includes major changes compared to the version that has WG consensus. Some of the changes are OK as these are addressing IETF LC, however the new text barrowed from DELEG document requires some more attention from the WG. There is also an issue that surfaced recently about info deleg types that require WG discussion.
Taking that into account and after discussing with the authors, dnsop chairs, deleg chairs, and Tommy (deleg AD), I decided to return the document to the WG. DNSOP chairs will provide more details about the plan for the next steps. Roy will report more details during deleg session today.
