you -did- ask. :)
and to bring this back home... i'm still not in favor of
this type of behaviour, the creation of "special" things
on a LOCAL basis. when such things need to be eradicated,
it willbe near impossible to clean up.
this draft should be nuked and the behaviour in code should
be crafted by each administrator, as their local policies
dictate... IMHO
