Did you mean a /48 or /64 delegation to a residential broadband user 
or something like that?  Because reverse DNS for v6 is commonplace 
(AFAICS) for bigger endsites and I'm not sure if you're disputing 
that.

My enterprise has a /48 from a PA block, and also has reverse 
delegation.  At my other job, we always delegate reverse DNS (this 
includes v6 as well) to the (enterprise/university/etc.) customers.  
Until the customer has configured the reverse delegation properly, we 
don't even route their traffic.
