Ok, updated both do and do-plugins to 0.7.96.0 amd64. Removed all settings files and gconf values before reinstallationg. Files and Folder plugin is still borked. If I try to open the preference window for the plugin I still recieve the empty window as in the original screenshot. Also no Files or Folders are indexed.
