Unfortunately I can not re-produce the bug on my system, and from the
debug output it looks not like a Do/Do Plugins bug. I would say it is
rather a GTK problem.
Do you have any other plugins enabled which also show notifications?
e.g. Microblogging etc. Do those notifications crash Do too?
