I can now re-produce a lock-up if starting do with the tray icon hidden and a over-due task existing in the RTM account. (I remember UCAP also mentioned a lock-up in Bug #314798)
Actually the lock up happens as long as I use Services.Notifications.Notify inside the UpdateItem function.
