Public bug reported:
Items added to the shelf are lost ('Default Shelf' is empty) when Do is
restarted. Is there a file where these items are stored? (like the Alias
Plugin)
Also, 'Add/Create Shelf' option is no longer present, which means the
only shelf available is the 'Default Shelf'.
