The reason that this bug can not be easily reproduced may be it's account data dependent. I've set up a testing account (login/pass: gnome.do/superspace) for anyone who would like to test. And I've already received report from a user affected by this bug that it doesn't reproduce with the testing account. So it highly possible that the account that causes the exception produces some special XML content.
Here (http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/110544/do-plugins/debug/RTM.dll) is a debug version of this pluign which will output the XML content received to the console. Anyone who can reproduce the bug is welcome to use this version and send me the XML output via E-mail (dengpeng AT gmail DOT com) so that this bug can be future diagnosed. *PLEASE NOTICE*, the output will possibly contain PRIVATE INFORMATION related to your RTM tasks (not password though), that's why it's not recommended to paste the XML output in a public place. If you're concerned about the privacy issue, please consider removing any sensitive information before sending or using the testing account (in which case the bug may not be reproducable). If I received any email that contains private information, I WILL NOT share it with anyone, you have my word. -- after RTM plugin install: Do crashes after first character entered https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/314798 You received this bug notification because you are a member of GNOME Do Plugins Team, which is subscribed to GNOME Do Plugins. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~do-plugins Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~do-plugins More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
