For our next edition, we will cover the topic of Online Civic Participation in Government (E-Democracy). Our previous newsletter, Online Access to Government Information, discussed how governments are using the Internet to provide information and services to citizens, businesses, and government employees. This companion newsletter will address how citizens and government representatives are using the Internet to facilitate participation in the political process.
