This can be any use of communication technology to influence: a) decision making b) resource allocation c) accountability Examples can be local, organisational, national or supranational level. They do not have to be successful, as others can also learn from what didn't work. Transnational networks, associated with global governance regimes for any issue, examples from the developing world, and organisational examples are particularly sought. The book will try to draw general lessons about what works and why. Another aim is to create a database of cases and contacts to share. All contributors will be acknowledged in the book. If you would like to submit your case study provide as much information as you wish for these categories: Name of project (web address) Purpose Technologies being used Background Stakeholders Outcomes so far Critical issues Lessons learned What have you found to be the most interesting or surprising aspect of your project?
