Stephen Coleman, Cisco Visiting Professor of e-Democracy at the
Oxford Internet Institute, is presenting a series of Seminars on the
subject of e-Democracy.

The first seminar, 'Connecting Parliament to the People Online: the
case of the UK Parliament’s e-consultations', will be held on:

Tuesday 28th January 2003
at Balliol College, Lecture Room 23

The seminar will consider the extent to which information and
communication technology can contribute to re-connections between
representatives and the represented.

The second seminar, 'E-voting and Beyond', will be held on:

The seminar will consider a range of innovative proposals for
