Today (Sep 1st), I was working to generate .pot files from Python 3.8
documentations,
and finally I finished it!
The correspondences between Transifex project and Python version are
partially changed.
before)
Transifex project name → Python version
Python → 3.7
Python 3.6 → 3.6
after)
Transifex project name → Python version
Python → 3.8
Python 3.7 → 3.7
Python 3.6 → 3.6
In other words, Transifex project "Python" is for the newest version of
Python.
So, version 3.8 superseded version 3.7, and translation of 3.7 is now stored
in the Transifex project "Python 3.7".
