I have just created five new pages on Wiki regarding QAC: http://wiki.arabeyes.org/TitleIndex#Q I am in the process of populating them (but any QAC member can also help me). I propose this: 1/ Every QAC should create a Wiki account [I think it's possible to modify the pages anonymously, but it's preferable to know who did what]. 2/ We'll need to copy the agendas/minutes of the previous meetings (everything is on the 'doc' archives http://lists.arabeyes.org/archives/doc/) to QacAgenda and QacMinutes. Future agendas and minutes will have to go there too. 3/ Describe QAC (following the last meeting minutes and what was said on the 'doc' list) in QacDescription. 4/ I propose that current discussions go to QacDiscussions (an example is this thread: http://lists.arabeyes.org/archives/doc/2004/January/msg00171.html). 5/ When a decision is reached somehow (after a meeting ?), we can make it effective in QacDecisions. I tried to make a skeleton of what should those pages contain. I hope it makes sense. Every enhancement is of course welcome. Please: a/ We need to populate those pages ASAP with what we discussed on 'doc'. Again, I'll do it, but your help is HIGHLY appreciated. b/ When QacDiscussions will be populated (I'll start with it first!), every QAC member contribution will be MANDATORY ! ie: Edit the Wiki page, and write down your thoughts under the corresponding items (make them short and right to the point please).
