BTW: I highly recommend you add/change the description
of the bug to include "such as ignoring of composing
characters, for instance Fatha (0x064E)" in lieu of
or in addition to your usage of 'Inflections' since
I'm not sure people would know what you are talking
about (an example or two in UTF-8 might also help
them speed up the process - in case they question
your motives).
