Salam, Nadim has committed the code to CVS after much struggle to get things working like we want it. I made a few modifications (one proved to be rather costly in counts of keystrokes to fix).. but at least we now can add javascripts per page to the <head> tag without having it propagate on every single page.
I put the page up so it's live right now (of course the tables are empty, so not much there).
