Can we include all the other countries as well ? It would be best to
simply have 'ar' (or 'ar-*' or 'ar-XX') if possible else I think we need
to include all the countries. I realize that this is a bigger locale issue,
but with 98% of the data between these various countries being shared I
think we ought to suggest to someone (beyond mozilla even) that if I pick
say 'ar-IQ' and it's not there then any 'ar-*' ought to do.
