As a step toward a better and easier QA in Arabeyes, the Technical dictionary
project for computing terms was launched. Read the README file in the project
directory in the CVS.
The project is about 48% complete. One can also participate using

Afifi). The project is still growing, daily discussions happen in #arabeyes,
the mailing-list and sometimes in

One other project is a light list. This is meant to set translations for
essential terms, agree on it and then make it a base to proofread and
complete the more comprehensive list. (Thanks to Khaled Hosny)
Mohamed Saad collected about 2000 terms in saadglossary.po, after long
discussions in doc. His PO file must be merged with the other files.
This project benefits from a deep interest in the community, therefore it has
grown fastly.
M. Bashir Al-Noimi is continuing the wordlist translation. His file(s) should
be committed إ٠شاء اÙÙÙ by a translator with a CVS account. It aims to make
a very comprehensive EN->AR word list. The Technical dictionary entries will
إ٠شاء اÙÙÙ be exported to this project.
