I elected to stay with the defaults in the directions to speed and ease the process. I left the possibilty of changes from these defaults to those who had the need and understood what they were doing. Since the whole process is quite organic with changes taking place all the time, updates and corrections are welcome. I am going to start collecting a "notes" section to add to this document, and if you would care to contibute a set of instructions dealing with this issue I would include it in future updates.
