Just to clarify (since this is a publicly archived list): Apache does own the "OpenOffice.org" trademark, see the site footer of http://openoffice.org

So we (in the sense of "the Apache OpenOffice project") can perfectly use "OpenOffice.org". But the product was renamed into "Apache OpenOffice", so in information that is still current (as in "OpenOffice.org is an office suite") we'd better use the latter ("Apache OpenOffice is an office suite").
