I came across this arrow recently and by accident. :‑)
I checked the source code ("bug" or "feature"?) and available AOO Guides.
Finally I did find an explanation in Wiki and later on in the AOO 4.0 Release
Notes.
So it would be nice if this arrow was mentioned somewhere in the guides.
