Well, chunking code isn't the easiest XSLT code on the Earth. Your
stylesheet reported error when creating file, you should also check
template chunk-filename if it is able to calculate names of your chunks.
You can also debug chunking code. Just add <xsl:message/> to key
templates and see what is happening.
