Someone recently posted that they could not get Xalan
to produce alternating left-right margins for even-odd
pages using DocBook XSL. Turns out this was not a Xalan
problem at all, but a bug in the stylesheets. For even
pages, the fo/pagesetup.xsl file was using
$page.margin.inner for the left margin and
$page.margin.outer for the right margin, exactly like the
odd pages. I checked the fix into CVS, so it should be in
the next release.
