Yes, because you're including in different places than I am. Putting XInclude into the regular DTD would require putting it essentially everywhere. Putting it into the internal DTD subsets instead allows it to be positioned appropriately for each individual document. Much cleaner!In the environment I'm using, that won't validate. Though I'm not saying it's wrong!
