Hi,

I've got a footer which uses blocks for stacking information (per "Multi-line
header or footer" from Running headers and
footers<http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/PrintHeaders.html>). The centre row
has one block, the side row has two blocks, which are rendered like this:

[cid:part2.06080007.04030509@nehta.gov.au]
(background colours added for clarity)

Is it possible to make the centre row align to the top instead of the bottom by
default without redoing the whole setup as a customisation of the table
template?
