Do you really need such precise markup. There not many books talking about instructions of several different processor at the same time so @proc seems excessive. Moreover there is already existing attribute for this @arch: arch Designates the computer or chip architecture to which the element applies. If you don't want to customize DocBook then semantically closest is probably function element.
