Thank you everyone for the contributions. I am definitely after something, that (at least in the printed output) results in the 'running head' so perhaps the pro tip example might have been misleading... Norm: we have considered the info block approach, except for the fact that in 90% of our cases the running head text also gets rendered so it would be good to use an element that shows up in outputs by default (we are using a para with a role for now) I was merely hoping that there might be something that is more suitable for capturing running heads.
