:: I thought it would be a nice idea to put the arrows in the :: middle. IMO it makes for a compact nav item in the middle of :: the page, complemented by the titles of the prev and next item.
The only problem with this is that, when the previous and next page titles are of different lengths, the whole widget looks unbalanced. Left or right alignment would eradicate this. For what it's worth, I'd opt for right alignment, just to add a little balance and to draw the eye to the widget without making it imposing. Jonathan M.
